Web Developments
Our experienced web development team produces reactive web sites with database operations and many other more complex features for more specialised applications.
With these sites we supply user tools for easy site updates and amendment. Contact us for more details.
Example sites
All the features listed in the sites below could be incorporated into your new site! | Click on the images to visit the site. | University of Nottingham - Online Postgraduate Admissions
This site allows prospective postgraduates to apply for courses online. The site supports a comprehensive application form and follow up system that allows an applicant to track the progress of their application through site visits and status change emails.
Over 20,000 users registered on the site in the first six months and thousands more and applying each month. | | University of Nottingham - Alumni Portal
The alumni portal at the University of Nottingham allows their old students to register and become part of an online community.
Registered users can search for their friends and make contact with them, take part in message board discussions, post notes and pictures about what they are doing now and their memories and search other alumni entries, send postcards, answer questionnaires and many other features.
The administration side allows full site content management to allow the building of a complex website as well as sophisticated tools to manage the alumni users and tools to do advanced searching, downloads and bulk emails.
| | Lancaster University - Alumni Portal
The Lancaster alumni portal has similar features to the Nottingham portal but with branding appropriate to Lancaster. | | University of Nottingham - Online Shop
The Online shop at the University of Nottingham is the first site to use our new Web Trader tools. These tools are compatible with Sage Line 50, although Sage is not required, and allow you to easily manage the products you have on the site and pull out the orders that have been made. | | University of Nottingham - Research Portal
A site that demonstrates our advanced content management tools. Developed to allow the site owners, with no web programming skills, to manage and update their site easily without having to return to the developers when changes are required.
The site also has a number of complex databases that visitors can easily search and a subscription area that allows visitors who sign up to be automatically notified, by email, when changes occur in areas of interest.
